Protect your stuff!  The contents of your home and garage are just as important as your home
itself! If you have a fire, or other major disaster, you will have to LIST the stuff that was lost or
damaged. If you don't have photos or video, this will have to come from your memory. We
recommend that you at least take digital pictures and store them at another location. The link

Home Insurance:  Not Covered and Optional Coverages  Most homeowner policies are
'packages' of coverages. There are different "levels" of coverage available, but there are certain
elements that are never covered on any homeowner policy.
Flood Insurance Information   Remember, flooding, seepage, and run-off waters are NEVER
covered on any homeowners policy. If flooding is a possibility at your home, then you should
